3. User Responsibilities
As a customer, you accept the following responsibilities:
• Providing accurate and complete sender/recipient information
• Not sending prohibited or dangerous materials
• Ensuring proper packaging of shipments
• Completing customs declarations and required documents accurately
• Paying service fees on time
4. Prohibited Items
The following items cannot be shipped:
• Explosive, flammable or dangerous materials
• Drugs and illegal substances
• Weapons and ammunition
• Live animals
• Perishable food items (without special arrangement)
• Valuables (gold, jewelry, etc.) - requires special security service
• Cash money
5. Pricing and Payment
Service fees are determined by weight, size, distance and service type.
Payment methods:
• Cash payment
• Credit card
• Bank transfer
• Corporate contracted account
Price changes are announced in advance and do not affect existing shipments.
6. Delivery and Timeline
Delivery times vary according to the selected service type:
• Same-day delivery: 2-6 hours
• Standard cargo: 1-3 business days (domestic)
• International: 5-15 business days (varies by country)
Weather conditions, customs procedures and official holidays may affect delivery times.
7. Damage and Loss Liability
DincNet takes utmost care for the safety of shipments, however:
• Accepts limited liability in case of natural disasters, theft, accidents
• Damage notification must be made within 7 days from delivery date
• Compensation amount is limited to cargo value (maximum 1000 TL)
• Separate insurance is recommended for special valuables
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Shipment cancellation:
• Free cancellation before cargo pickup
• Cancellation fee applies if cargo is in transit
• Special cancellation conditions apply for international shipments
Refund process:
• Paid amount is refunded within 5-10 business days
• Credit card payments are refunded to the same card
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Customer information is protected under GDPR compliance.
Your personal data is used only for service delivery purposes.

10. Right to Modify
